i have six pairs of those , i don't know about where yall live but in Texas we have a shoe store chain called journeys and all they sale is unique shoes such as the ones lee and i wear

i am fairly confident lee also got his at journeys

Go to eBay and run a search for Puma Ferrari. You can pay up wards of $150 or get the knock offs fro far less. I wear my red ones with jeans and a puma warm up jacket. Very coo.
