they really help with deep squats
I'm sure they do... I never use a belt and have the biggest quads in my gym.

same here, if you get a belt, and do more front squats, the pain is pretty much gone.
I use chalk and a belt for heavy deads thats it.
I won't squat or deadlift for a long time but my legs are big enough as it is.
Sure sound ways of finding out the truth.1- You workout with gloves/straps/belts.2- You have low self esteem and forgo training legs.3- You keep asking other men around you if you are big.4- You dress up in sweats even when going out to clubs.5- You have inferiority complex which stems from the roots of a toope wearing father/gay prostitute.
