holy shit..he eats like hell..

breakfast/10 eggs, 2-3lbs. bacon
mid morning/several 3 Musketeers or Snickers bars
lunch/2 meals of Polish pork chops, saurkraut and potatoes
one hour later/amino acids,vitamins and other supplements and chocolate
dinner/meat,sauerkraut,potatoes
midnight/protein shake,chocolate
3 or 4am/chocolate

he claims in the article that it's for energy, chocolate and sweets are his primary energy source according to him. The dude is in awsome shape for eating like this, either he's got an incredible metabolism or something "funky" is going on with his supplement program...if ya know what I mean.

Well if you read the tiny article that goes with this diet plan it says that he inly sometimes has to eat chocolate at that time because his 6 hours training a day is so fatiguing he needs sugar all the time just to carry on.

Yes! He doens't limit himself to lifting. He does lots of aerobics, like running, suwiming and some boxing. This guy is really in shape and he is my favourite athlete. Looks like a bber, but is a strongman, awsome physical functionality!

Actually I heard that Muscletech is coming out with their own chocolate that is 17500% more anabolic than regular chocolate. I believe it will be called CocoaTech.
