Actually he just left, barely did a thing during his 30min "workout". Anyway if you knew who I was talking about you would understand, he has come on here asking about roids and what he should take though he doesn't really lift or attempt to eat right, he is the constant procrastinator. I couldn't help but laugh when watching him lift. Funniest thing though is he is bigger then both Shadow and db2431, maybe I can find his pic on here and make you both look like..... well you already look like retards but you get the point.
