I've never noticed the Starbucks ice cream in stores.
It sounds awesome!
Do you know if your area is a "test market," or is the stuff available nationwide?

I live in N.Y. i buy mine at Hannaford Supermarket next to the Ben and Jerry's ice cream. I know i have seen at Target also wait until you try it you will love it ;)
