when i first started training used to work at a gym so i'd open up an hour earlier and train by myself ...5 am

now i usually walk in the gym between 8:30 and 9:30 at night

6 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. It took a little getting used to, but now I Prefer it, because the gym is fairly empty, and I do not have to put up with all the fools.

.. usually around 11AM when I work from the house otherwise earlier like 8 or 9

I'm usually in around 7:30pm, I used to do the 6:00 to 7:00 am shift. But my freaking training partner took a consulting job out of state!

Depends on what time I work. I like to train about 2 or 3 right before it gets crowded. If I train at about 9am or 10am I have the place to myself most of the time.

Military and currently on a year deployment. Lots of free time due to the area we are located at. Gym, chow, and emails are the daily routine. Gained the most muscle, weight, and strenght the last 8 months than i have ever since i started training
