Gold's Gym...PROPS...open 24 hours, lots of cardio machines, seperate abs room, and very affordable

LA Fitness props: affordable, bball court, sauna, swimmimg pool, lot's of cardio equipment, juice bar makes very good protein shakes

knocks: needs another standing calve machine, another pec deck, another prone ham curl, needs standing ham curl, needs a platform for stiff leg lifts, needs a better shoulder press rack, need to be able to use chalk, that's all I can think of right now.
