Gave me his email address took mine and invited me to strongman training with him in Bangor first two weeks in Jan.

Even though i am small her musta know i trained. Told him my achievements. Asked my name etc and what i could do. Awesome awesome man

glenn was seen my my mate miss a 180kg shoulder press. got it halfway up then cudnt lock it out. balanced it on his head screamed tried again and m,issed. then he went "FUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCKKKK KKKKK" and threw it hard as hell on the ground. this was in my uni gym everyone just stopped and looked shittin themselves. plates bounced of the ground.

I dont know those guys. A few Irish guys now yeha.

My friend Pol MacGiolla Rua has it all planned out for me every last detail. Its still basic exercises etc he knows his shit more than neone i know. Starting on 3rd of Jan cos gym closed and my trianing would be a bit broken over next week and a bit. Tho ill keep yas all updated if ya like. I have recently lost a good bit of fat tho maintained or increased size. Simply cut out lots of sugary shit of my diet (due to being skint lol) i still eat like a tramp but i thought those calories would have helped me like...nah just stored totally as fat
