« on: December 24, 2006, 02:26:54 PM »
hey guys i just got a black 8 gig ipod...i got it to use at the gym to up my intensity.  what kind of songs can you guys suggest? ive never really been a fan of music, of basically anything, but sometimes at the gym theres a song that just pumps you up and you go crazy.
i think good music for training would be like rammstein or something like that..

Try doing some bicep curls with it.  Don't let the increase in weight deter you from getting 10 solid reps in
Here comes the money shot

Ironically, it is christmas day here in Australia and I have already listened to White Zombie.  Not something I do all that often thesedays.  I took teh ipod (ya, I have one.. but its an 80gig one, it stores a lot) into the toilet and listened to KMFDM, Strapping Young Lad, The Prodigy and Leftfield.

FYI White Zombie isn't satanic.  Its purely a soundtrack to b grade horror which Rob Zombie is endlessly fascinated in.  Rob Zombie does not worship the devil.  The music may sound satanic but it is simply theatre.

Exactly.

The "horror" theme/look for Rob Zombie is just his gimmick........

Havent you heard?  I am one of the founding members of Getbig's Witch Coven.  Many of the getbig veterans belong to this organisation.

(But at no time have I ever made the link from white zombie->satan).

I do quite often listen to Orbital - Satan though.. just for kicks.

dude If you need an Ipod for intensity you may want to rethink your trainings strategy.

not exactly, it depends on where you have to train. sometimes when your partner or the background music or whatever can just get on your damn nerves...personally i train without one, but every so often i need to get out my music.

DL Limewire, then DL some songs you like and browse the hosts that like your kind of music, I get some songs I would have never thought of that way.
