I'm 5'9 245 and about 22% bf.  I'm 100% sure I can out lift you and I'm lazy as f**k right now.  I chose to be the way I am and at any time I can diet and get in shape, naturally or "super naturally" and make you run back to study your "Arnold Swarzenegger Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding."  I've been there done that, I have nothing else to prove to myself or anyone, Your conditioning and separation is great, now go away Napoleon.  You started it praising your "Dorianesk" back ::)
