I posted my regular diet before.
here repost:
My daily meals as following :
meal 1 (breakfast)--- whey protein mixed with flash orange juice & yogurt milk(1000cc),full wheat bread.
meal 2 -----2 big McDonalds burgers(no salt,no sauce or dressing,no oil) with green tea ,banana or fruit.
( drink whey protein after workout,if I train)
meal 3------shrimp noodle or beef noodle (as following pic) ,banana or fruit(like water melon).
meal 4(before sleep)------whey protein mixed with flash orange juice & yogurt milk(500cc)
##daily protein intake about 120-150 g only
