Routine as following:
Chest
*Barbell bench-press : 6-12 reps × 20 sets(70kg-100kg)
*Smith machine Incline press : 6-12 reps × 10 sets(70kg- 90kg)
Back
*Bent-over barbell rows : 6-12 reps × 15 sets(60kg - 80kg)
*Lats pull-down : 6-12 reps × 15 sets
