keep care of your joints, tendoms & ligaments....an injury past 60 "cost" more muscle than one in your "20´s".
so do your Workouts hard & but also clever....in 13 Years i like to congratulate you again (at 75.....and still pumping)

When training shoulders,don't go too heavy and using too much of your momentum.
