This is the positive board. Musclecenter looks much better than you (and many other getbiggers), makes positive contributions to getbig and he's almost 3 times your age. You should respect that.

This!

And you maintain good form, well done!
To ease the joints, I also sometimes perform 20's and it becomes a true challenge when you're around 15 reps.

Stance could be a little wider
Depth a bit lower
And back more upright.
 ;)

Otherwise Very impressive - Regardless of age.
Long may you continue. 👍🏻

The more narrow the stance, the harder it becomes.

Not necessarily
That depends on the persons biomechanics.

It's not that I don't believe you, but I haven't seen anyone so far who's stronger with a smaller stance, say more narrow than someones schoulders. There's a good reason why you see wide stances all the time on any powerlift meet.

Agreed for powerlifting - bar down the back - heels raised - wide stance - back tilt forward - all advantageous Biomechanics to lift heavier weights.

My comments were directed in a bodybuilding sense.
For greater leg stimulation - and less low back involvement.
as for the wider stance - i was meaning a inch or 2 either side.
Then again - with his heels on a block it could be a lack of flexibility in
His hamstrings / calves / Achilles' tendon / tight quads.
Making him tip forward.

As stated previously Good on him for doing what he's doing & enjoying it.
Long may he continue.

You're blessed with low lat insertions. How does your back routine looks like?  :)

I like them from the same angle, but never done them in a smith machine. Do you have a specific reason to perform them on a smith?
