I agree with Your maaa. Find something and stick to it for a month or two. If you don't see results, change it up slightly and try again. You probably won't learn much about your body if you don't give it enough time to respond to a routine. Also, you gotta EAT! Nutrition is literally about 50% of the battle.
In training, it's great to listen and learn, but like Chic Betancourt once said: "if you listen to too many people, your head will blow up." Or something to that effect.
Just listen to your own body, follow the basics and try to train safe.
