who gives a shit what people say they can do. I've seen tiny ass guys front squat 500lbs and huge guys only do 2-300lbs. chances are hes over exagerating. I think it all depends on how you look, not what you lift.

anyone can hold a barbell up a couple of inches and have a "barbell row" caught on camera. We want to see the video footage to back it up. Theres no way he lifts those numbers unless he has a genetic disposition of being freaky strong with no muscle response at all
