You got a great physique bob, it looks like mostly your quads/hams that hold you back, or did anyway. Great front double bi. Chris cool is an odd one to say the least, I used to train at the same gym in san jose before he moved to LA, dude was always wearing pink and black spandex, or pink and yellow, or just bright yellow LOL. Always wondered about that guy...
