Two Calgary men accused of attacking a one-time professional body builder had their charges dropped yesterday.
Crown prosecutor Gloria Froese withdrew the charges before provincial court Judge Anne Brown against Ryan Ully, 30, and Jason Ully, 35.
The brothers faced various charges, including unlawful confinement and assault stemming from allegations made by Patrick McLeod, who claimed he was beaten at a 2004 house party.
