The "Palumbo in his prime" thread got me thinking...

Palumbo looks like shit now, but I didn't think he looked that great even at his best. So the question is: Whose physique has deteriorated most brutally from near-Olympian magnificence to tragic iron-casualty disgrace?

Nasser El Sonbaty was one of the most pitiful examples of physique deterioration. But hey, at least he's still huge.

That picture of Arnold is totally airbrushed to make him look fat and out of shape. I don't think its accurate. It's a tabloid picture.

That Kovacs picture is incredible. I've never seen a 48" waist that didn't have any visible fat on it before. WOW.

That picture was taken long time ago AFTER his heart surgery.. no training

Check out T3 which was well after.. the intro scene where Arnie looks great and back in shape.

Thats easily one of the greatest front double bi's of all time. He might have fallen, but at least he was the shit for a while, most of us(nearly all) will never look anything close to that.
