I take it you havn't seen my deleted thread in which I confess that HIT is a shitty routine and that Mike Mentzer is a fucking asshole.

I got bigger but sacrificed strength. I'm now back to basics, even added some gymnastics.  And I'm training to recover all the strength I lost from that shitty HIT routine. Both me and my training partner got the same results.
