I think I've got a fair bit of knowledge and experience when it comes to training, but more importantly, I've got a great interest in learning more and discussing the subject.
My own training is currently 5 times a week with weights, and 3-4 times a week MMA. I don't exaggerate my protein intake, it's about 200-250 grams per day.
