it's a good book it's got about every exercise known to man listed in it.

Would you say it has enough different material than Arnold's Encyclopedia to justify the purchase price? Or is there a lot of overlap?

i wouldn't buy either one, i'd go to Borders, sit in a nice comfy chair with a coffee, read it and put it back on the shelf.

Excellent Book.

Tons and Tons of information. I will pretty much say it's better than Arnolds 'Bodybuilding Encyclopedia of BBing'.

There isnt an exercise you could imagine that isn't covered int hat book...not to mention in Arnolds book...he sayd 'DO NOT use steroids...they are dangerous'

In Bills book he says...'If you want to use them then go ahead...just educate yourself on them and have at least 3-5 years of solid drug free training before you begin'.

haha i cant get enough of those real life stories on how cheap sarcasm is, i cant decide which is my favorite - the one where he goes to stripbars and never orders anything (not even a drink!) or when he goes to a fancy restaurant and afterwards run over to mcdonalds because their dessert is cheaper!
