background work is not something for which you can quit your day job

So you are saying I should stay in professional bodybuilding?

Sorry to burst your bubble but I have bigger dreams.
just push some weight!

just as you should speak a line before claiming that you're a working actor, you should step on a stage before claiming to be a competition bodybuilder.

i would love to see jay in a he-man movie

Why not?  Hollywood has already made every other lame assed comic book/cartoon into a movie since they've run out of ideas.

What's next, Voltron?  Thundercats?  Scooby Doo?  Wait, they did that one already.

Jay has a great look for acting. He'd be the American jock/football stud. If he trimmed down he'd have no problem playing the action star.

I could see these bodybuilders in these roles:

Jay Cutler in Captain America, or flash, Aquaman, Eddie Brock (venom from spiderman 3 instead of that bag of bones from the 70's show)

Markus Ruhl (Juggernaut from X-man, or bad guy nazi type, or any scary movie)

Bob Chick (Twins: 2007 the remake, IN SOPRANOS HED BE AN AWESOME HENCHMEN to Tony, Cop type, or Italian bad guy role)

Ronnie (dude that makes all the noises with his mouth from Police Academy thatd be hilarious, built silent cop type )

Stan Mquay (Squanto, Any asian super hero role, asian thug, young samurai, Lui kang mortal kombat role )

Dexter (Ninja Turtles)

Victor (Cuban mob-boss henchmen, strong macho type football player role)

Grymkowski is not in imdb.com, at least that I can find.

Perry is primarily a stunt-man, and I don't have a list of stunt men.  But I see he's listed in IMDB as an actor for a few movies, so I will include him.

One thing you need to know abiout IMDB, it is far from complete and accurate.  Pete was the double for Ferrigno in the Hulk along with Manny.  Manny holds  SAG card.  He also appeared in Kentucky Fried Movie and several others wiht Jackie Chan.  He was John Candy's stunt double.  Manny has easily made more in Hollywood than any other BB except Arnold.  Louie has made ALLOT of money to.  And if any BB has made more than Manny it would be Louie.

I'm sure there are hundreds of bodybuilders who have done background work, and many who have been stunt men.  But since I can't watch every movie, nor would I recognize every bodybuilder, my list is limited to those who received film credit, which usually means having a speaking role.  The IMDB is very good at listing those who's names are listed in the credits.
