Here are some facts about him..He started at 15, the early pics are from age 15 to 18 (on the beach) , died at 24 tragically in a car accident. He was ifbb world junior champion, 10th in men's worlds . loved life and liked to have fun. Very focused in the gym, he was really strong, 750 lbs squats and 200 kg benches. was 1m65cm, 223lbs offseason, 190-200 in contest shape.

u must be joking...I trained in the same gym, and competed against. Here are some more...db presses for delts with 65 kg dumbells for 5 reps, side delt alternate raises with 35 kg db, 300lbs plus bnp, he was that strong indeed. Don't be fooled by the pretty boy look. His arms measured (the left one i think) 50.5 cm cold at his biggest.

bench 315 for 3
squat 405 for 3-5
press behind neck 185 for 6
curl 125 for 5

still good lifts.

Squadfvck - you really are the dumbest person on getbig......yeah still gogd lifts........for a high school athlete maybe The guy on the pic should be able to bench at least 400 for reps and squat at leat 500 for reps...

squadwhore is often right people exagerate their lifts..bodybuilders notiously lie about their lifts....but its obvious squadnalusis feels good when he can tear other people down (he has big own insecurities)

what this guy lifts i have no idea and couldnt care less. he had a good build tho.
