Damn. Sapp is one big mofo. Sapp's head and neck is twice the size as Ronnie's. I never knew he was that much bigger than Ronnie.

One of the most popular MMA fighters in the world today. He competes sparingly now, but when he was a full time competitor, he was mainly a freakshow because of his size and lack of skill.

he's about six five and 350-400lbs but full of muscle. He fights mostly in K-1 and has fought in pride a few times. Also he's in the longest yard with adam sandler and a few other movies.

Actually the only guy who has given him a real beating in MMA was Fujita who is anything but technical.

He might be bigger than Ronnie by virtue of being taller and having a bigger frame but look at their forearm muscles. Ronnie's is BIGGER than Sapp's.  :o That's despite being 5(?) inches shorter!

Whatever?!  He got lucky in the first fight, and the second fight was stopped prematurely.  He is nowhere near the top tier of strikers in the world.  Go back and practice Karate.

biggest and dirtiest not the best in a technical sense but he is a handful for most!!

He was like Kryptonite to Hoost who was a legend, good fights too!

Sapp is standing face to face with Remy Bonjasky here. Remy is a huge man, 235lbs and standing 6"4 and Sapp is dwarfing him. Look at the size of his arms, at his absolute biggest they were reportedly a legit 26". He had the biggest arms in football apparently. Size wise i would say he is definitely bigger than Ronnie, although he does tend to lose alot of weight every now and again. His strength is also comparable to Ronnies and at his height, thats a very impressive statistic
