jay does train very hard.so much for you bein in team cutler.he trains hard.just listen to yesterdays PBW.chick also mentions jays name when he mentioned johnnie jackson,warren, coleman in hardest trainers list.so i would say yes he trains hard as hell.

Absolutely right! Dorian and Ronnie were (and possibly, are) very passionate about their training and you could tell that they worked out with incredibly intensity cause they loved lifting for the sake of lifting. Jay on the other hand, comes across more like Flex W or Paul Dillet - he considers bodybuilding a business i.e. a means to an end. Hence the obvious lack of passion, which is quite strange, given Jay has an incredible, Dorian-esque work ethic.

He is at least as strong as Dorian and probably stronger.

I have personally seen Jay rock the 160lb dumbells on incline dumbell press for 12. No doubt he could have pressed the 180's for 7-8.

Ronnie is stronger, but Per square inch, Jay is bigger than Ronnie now
