Your best lift?????????????
« on: February 07, 2007, 02:48:34 AM »
My best lift is the Deadlift. I've done 7 reps with 525 lbs, off the floor, using straps and a belt at a bodyweight of 215 lbs. I'm a lifetime natural who hasn't even tried prohormones to date, BTW. Let's hear from you bitches. Be careful though, cause if you BS about a lift, the great Sarcasm will crucify you 8)

Well, yesterday I did a 600lbs raw bench press for a single whilst carb depleted and with only 2 hours of sleep the previous say. Is that good?

Seriously though, probably about a 90lbs barbell curl for a few reps at about 70kgs (154lbs). I think I'm naturally strong in the biceps.

Thanks mayne, but I'm a little bitch with my bench, which has always been my worst lift to date ;D. The most I've done is 315 for 2. Squats are not too bad - I've done 405 for a double or something (ass to the floor), but during my normal workout, I just do triple drops - 360 for 4 - 6, dropped to 225 for 8 - 10, dropped to 135 for about 8 - 10. Hahahahaha I'm a BEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome numbers, but in Getbig, you're probably in the 20th percentile ;D

No worries - keep taking those MuscleTech products and you can't help but get there, especially under the tutelage of such a Guru 8)

you should consult a guy named Dan18, he brought his bench up from 365 for 4 to 405 for 3 in two weeks, he could help you out.

If he can get my bench to 800 by summer, I would be happy with those results.

LOL but I'm calling bullshit. Alexxx knows damn well if he can get 4 he can get 6 if he gets that space between his big ass ears set right. Train like a great one and you'll be a great one.  8)

Maybe someone held Dan's massive head during the 405lb bp thereby transferring the weight of his enormous frontal bone off of Dan and enabling his body to generate the necessary force to push the additional 40lbs?
