Ok, I will be the first to admit that David last year at the Arnold Classic gave me a hard time when I wanted to take a picture of him at the competitors meeting. Then throughtout the year, it went back and forth, and he probably was pissed at me during the Olympia Press Conference when I asked the question that many wanted me to ask.
But that was 2006.
Right before the Ironman Finals, David and I talked and went over a lot of things. Perhaps the new year is changing David into a more humble and talkative person. We actually had a great discussion, we talked about last year, and this year, I sense that we will see a new David Henry. Strange, but respect begets respect, and I feel that David is starting the new year in the right direction.
So maybe last year, he was cocky with an attitude, but after we talked, I am seeing a whole new David Henry. And this isnt just at the Finals. Later that night, at the After Party, he and his girlfriend were also very nice and cool!
