Sunday afternoon, Jay Cutler was on the radio live, 97.1 out here in Los Angeles, and then he did his seminar!

As the #1 bodybuilder in the world, it was great seeing Jay make the effort to be seen, and provide a positive force and support the competitors and fans at the Ironman!

Jay is the man, a very worthy Mr. Olympia.

but, he hasn't make any noise for months now, and nobody is giving any update on him lately. Some says this year's Olympia will be one of a kind. I just hope jay brings his A game, Cause Ronnie will come hungry like a leopard who has not eat in 3 weeks

Saw Ronnie a few weeks ago, at Metroflex. He is training, but nothing serious, yet. I saw him do some pullups, and then some pulldowns and seated rows (with about half the stack), then leave. I know he is doing more cardio offseason than normal. The "real" training will kick in in a few weeks. However, it is yet to be "truly" determined if he does or doesn't have a lat/tri/quad injury. I know the answer to that, but will keep it to myself out of respect for Ronnie.
He had better get on his horse, and bring his "a" game, if he wants the title back!!!
