Well, I never used his entire technique...I gleaned what I thought was useful to my program.I did try the 10K diet...works on paper. All you do is cook and eat!John is very knowledgable and I still use many of his training techniques to this day...
funny thing, I was thinking about this today. I've got Parillo's 50 workout tips somewhere and I remember you being in it. Specifically to demonstrate the "belt squat", did you ever use this particular movement or was that just for the book? I'm wondering what you thought of it if you did. It looked interesting to try.
It was BRUTAL!! Talk about a tough movement...that thing will kill you!
