Monster Superset!!

I saw this guy doing 1/2 rep hack squats, then calve raises on the leg press, followed by leg presses.  After this, he did 1/4 rep power squats, to push ups, back to power squats, back to push ups.  It was so retarded, I almost fucked up my own set.  These guys who do these "megasupersets" usually look like shit.  I wonder why?

it's not the supersets that don't work, it's the partial reps.

supersets work.

I believe that would be called a "giant set"...Check out Milos on fit TV do giant sets for legs...Some crazy sh t...

I'm not knocking supersets.  Why would you go from power squats to push ups, back to power squats, then back to push ups.  You might as well superset forearms and calves.  It's pointless.  Hit the same body part with is, or opposing one.
