That kid should have been removed from her parents way before she got that far overweight.If they do not lose custody of her and face jail time...then there had better be a medical reason for such a weight problem. I blame the parents and the local authorities since it is obvious everyone in town seemed to know about her.

OK that was just flatout sad!!!! I was a fat kid hell I'm still fat, but that is just pathetic. I agree not only should the parents be held accountable but there should of been some intervention from the local authorities.

This kid is 7, freaking 7!!!! There is no need to poke fun at her, yeah it is easy to point a finger and go Hahahaha look at that fat kid. But damn I got a 7 yr old and at 7 you really have no concept of what you are doing to yourself. That shows just in the fact of where she goes do you have any popcorn. Someone needs to be held accountable for this BS!!!!! Wonder what her parents look like.
