he had decent form doing 225, he should have done that (or a little more)  for that 4-6 more sets. his reps are 315 were totally useless for hyperthropy.


doesn't seem like a bad guy just a little self absorbed..give him tapout wrist band and an under armour tshirt and we squadfather with less bodyfat
