Fire Away i know i am gonna get torn apart  weight tonight is 203.5

Abs, chest, and forearms need serious work, but otherwise I would say you look ok.

I don't even know where start...  

brutal 15" arms short attachements, 4 pack barely showing and confounding 5 weeks out with 5 days out...  

but otherwise I would say you look ok.
