Hi everyone! It's time again to begin prep for the spring 2007 competition season, and we're kicking it off with our first event of the year - a bodybuilding workshop.
This event is open to figure/fitness girls as well, because I believe that to be successful in either of these disciplines, you have to train and eat like a bodybuilder!
Topics include training, nutrition, supplementation, posing, goal setting/motivation.
Special guests include bodybuilders Kareem Petteway and Rachelle Cannon (NPC Figure & NPC Arnold Fitness Competitor). We will have a panel of professional figure and bodybuilding guests to answer your questions and offer advice.
