this aint really a knock on milos sarcev its more directed at silivio, ( but maybe milos has this same issue? im giving him benefit of the doubt)..

I do like these workouts with short rest though, too bad i dont think these juicers have the endurance to hang with a 6feet6 natural

thanks man but i would just prefer to be lean and healthy and live longer. im not into being a beast really. but what really defines a 'beast; these pro's look like ugly beasts, id rather look like a kid than a beast

when Hide is doing the side-to-front delt raises  with ten pounds, Milos says that they're for his fans at Getbig.com. Thats pretty funny! i actually started doing them after i saw them do it on BFTO and i gotta tell ya, they're a fuckin killer. Milos is a creative bastard.

anyone who is truly intersted and has spent the time in the gym over the years with a halfway creative mind can come up with these exercises and Much much more. milos is lucky to be where he is and has gambled his life with substances and won the hand!

anyone who's successful at anything has to take calculated risk. people can hate on Milos all they want but that doesn't change the fact that he's gotten where he is through hard work.
