That IS big weight.
Then why does he say "count the plates" instead of just telling how much weight it is?Pretty strange.
haha they probably really weight 5 pounds each. There are 8 on each side. That is stupid who is he trying to fool!
Something tells me those plates aren't as heavy as they look.
@ Hedge: It's 530lbs.
brutal calves and forearms and epic failure to lock out
and locking out is so important
MONSTER light bar with the brutal 25 pound plates (that look olympic).... the same plates Mishko uses in the leg segment on the fitshow (quad training)Build olympic zize quats..... so lets goh doo it..... (mishko)lmao!
Locking out is essential, not only for competition but also for general back health. You obviously have never done deadlifts.
actually a little under that if i'm not mistaken. somewhere in the low 500s, i want to say 504. the guy posts on fortifiediron (or did before it exploded ) and explained the situation.
He said it was 530 on md.com
all i remember was it ended with a 4. might have been 524 and he just rounded up for simplicity's sake. regardless it was a good lift despite the hitch on rep 2.
I am 260lb and 17%bf in this one.
I got so much criticism on my technique that I have enlisted a coach to teach me how to lift properly. I have been doing correct form for 4 weeks now and will put up a new vid soon with a bit more weight on there with any luck.
Who cares what assheads on the net say bro.Keep doing what your'e doing
