My goal is to get my endurance heavily increased and just overall be very healthy.
Hiit 4x a day (15-20 mins) on elliptical
and a weight training session thrown in each day.
Just concerned about this much cardio being stupid, but i know its not gonna kill me. And there isnt impact with the elliptical so my joints should be ok. I want to just do this workout for a while and see how it effects me.
