Hi GH15, first off just wanted to say I'm a huge fan of your posts, i think the community was in need of someone who tells it is for a long time now and I apreciate that we get the real deal from you.

My question pertains to water retention while on, I know a lot has to do with diet and cardio but over time (cycles) I seem to have a harder time shedding water, even with nolvadex and arimidex. The last cycle I have had to start using mild doses of lasix (20mg a day) to help with the water problem and this was running only about 600mg of test a week along with some EQ and winny.

Please help. What can I do to keep my shredded look without overdieting?
At this point I'm getting wary of using test, aside from maybe some prop

masteron enanthate 400-600mg a week,,aromasin and proviron combo at 25mg and 50-200mg per day respectevly,,lemon juice,,3-5 gram vitamin  c per day,,green tea + caffeine and pure effedrine get the bronkaid so you dont need to show the morons over there in usa ids,,lower the test to 400-500mg a week if cutting or preping,, if not i dont see anything wrong with some water retention,,

the above recomendation is only if cutting! when bulking i wouldnt care much for water retetnion and i wouldnt use no masterone thats for sure,,water makes you stronger,,bigger and more powerfull,,later on you will pee 90% of it in the toilet so no worries,,its only temporary and help your muscle grow
