What's to know? Eat fewer calories than you burn. It's not rocket science.
If I was eating 1800 calories a day of traditional bodybuilding food (chicken breasts, egg whites, tuna, etc) I would have no energy at all; that is way too much protein. Carbs and fat are more important to maintain adequate energy levels and be productive throughout the day. I have done the traditional diet four times before and felt horrible every time. I feel great doing this and it is the first time I have tried a diet that I feel I can keep up my entire life. Thanks for the comments by the way.
OK, then why not have 60% of those 1800 calories come from good sources of carbs? You'd have plenty of energy then. You clearly dieted incorrectly.Good progress nonetheless.
No such thing as one source being better than another.Better in what way?He is adequately meeting nutritional vitamins and minerals already.
What about the whole high gi sugars and how say for example sugar to brown rice is stored/used etc? See ive read 'burn the fat , feed the muscle' , if youve read this you can see how your principles are VERY different...
