Yeah I'd like it if Dante could comment on this. I tried getting fat once and I didn't gain any more muscle than when I stay near 10 %
what did I do wrong ? Cause his methods seems to be: you get as fat as possible ( and you gain muscle faster that way) than you lose the fat.
didn't work for me, maybe I eated too many calories and not enough proteins
( I eated a lot of protein, around 400)
