Not looking to get in a beef with anyone on here, but truth be told, I do understand why guys who only got into bodybuilding in the last 2-3 years are blown away by Jay Cutler (specifically The Shadow).
Look guys, the facts are we don't have the same quality of competitors as we had a mere 10 years ago. Jay is blocky, in my opinion lacks definition and looks like he was manufactured in a labaratory, which isn't saying much.
When you compare him to whoever else is around nowadays, you're comparing the lesser of 2 evils. He doesn't have much competition, because there isn't. Personally, I think Dennis James has the ability to kick Jay's ass, but Dennis panics before the big show and throws it all away.
Arnold was something NEW. Lee Haney was something NEW. Dorian Yates was something NEW, as was Ronnie. Jay Cutler is an above average bodybuilder who is making it big nowadays because it's ONLY about size and no one else can get it together for competitions anymore, including Ronnie.
