The top part of the pic is the brachialis (I think) and then you have the two heads seperated by the stretch mark/weird line, and then you have this other sort of indent at the bottom of the biceps. Is that what you're referring to?

there's a separation down the "middle" of his biceps, and then a little below that there's another faint line. according to gray's anatomy, roughly 1 in 8 people is born with 3 biceps heads, and a further rarity is four.

Grey's Anatomy isn't exactly a credible source, but what the hell. To me it looks like the corner of the inner head where it start to slope down. You can see a similar thing towards the top of the outer head.
