hedge...you dont think you can do 100 pull ups within a 6 or 7 hour period?
Oh, I saw now that I read Abeles' post wrong.
He did sets until he reached a total of 100 repetitions.
Ok, my bad.
And yeah, I could probably get it in within 6 or 7 hours, but I definitely don't think it's some walk in the park, so anyone doing a total of 100 repetitions everyday is really doing some extreme lifting IMO.
