I believe 120 lbs. but my gym doesn't really attract a bb type crowd just every day people working out before and after work.

Gold's Redondo Beach 150's (when they  aren't broken)
Gold's Venice I believe has 200's but they are the version with a bunch of plates fused together as opposed to the ones that are one big mass of weight. It makes a huge difference as the larger the dumbell is in physical size, the harder it is to control.

many gyms won't go higher than 100 - 120 pound dumbells because they don't want big guys training at their gym

big guys scare small or out of shape people and they don't want steroid use anywhere near their "gym"

Apparently the 375's are used enough to merit getting 400's? But, I'm curious, for what?!?!? ??? Are they using them for cardio, rolling them across the floor?

Db's only go up to 100 here. Can't expect much more than that in Iraq.

Another case of those fuckers at the Pentagon sending in troops without the proper equipment.  :)

Hahaha, there's too many ILS fuckers in the military anyway. Only a handful of people on this FOB use the 100's anyway hahahaha.

I would use them to drop on some asshole's foot or something, since they're all but useless for exercising.
