90s at my old folks gym.
150s at my real gym.
110s at the other old folks gym.
??? at the personal training center

(whenever i build a site for a gym, i ask for a free membership.  they see they'll be able to hand me updates when i'm there, so they usually hook it up).

Don't feel tiny I am at 19.8% bodyfat. It takes fat to be 275 for me. I don't care to compete in bb. just in PL and Strongman.

275 at 19%bf.  That is pretty good.

I almost feel like I need to create a gimmick and come back and say I'm big X and weigh 250 ripped.  At least I would fit in better. Because I sure as hell will never get to 250 , or bench 500.

It's all genetics I am the runt of my family. My old lifting partner was 290 and about 6'3''. no matter how long he took off he always can bench atleast 350. Some guys just have it easy I am in the middle of the road.

With the clown-show in the Branch Warren video bringing the very notion of "hardcore" into disrepute, I thought it might be possible to re-examine the concept from a different angle.

Sam Fussell opined that, to be truly great, a gym must have a 180-pound dumbbell in it. But I don't think even the Gold's where Jay Cutler works out goes that high.

EDIT: According to FLEX, they made a 220 just for him. Aww...

I have rowed 200 lbs dumbbells for 3 reps when I was on the sauce. I currently row 110 lbs dumbbells.

That was me chief and look arouond the boards i aint no little guy Just thought the dumbbells were retarted for function...And just what the hell do you do with dumbbells that are 5 feet long?

Yeah, I'm sure you're huge!  Like most on this site..     Maybe I should have my dumbbells go up to 150  then hear you "big guys" cry how you need bigger dumbbells for rows..  There are plenty of guys here that row these 375's.. My 400's should be here soon..  Have fun at Planet Fitness..       ;D
