It's 2 discs (one disc is all nutrition.............th at alone is worth the price of the DVD IMO)

yep, anyone who's seen the youtube clips of thes eguys knows they are absolute beasts, 500 pound front squats, 585 regular squats, 365 for 10 flat benches, 315 for 12 inclines, 635 pound deadlifts.

exactly, you can tell that by the way they dress in the gym, loose fitting t shirts and sweats and no loud attitudes and screaming and dropping weights, just focused hard work.

They are doing DC Training (rest pause,widowmakers etc)

lol.............that's all 2 scientific for me (im old school......throw around heavy iron, eat lot's of good food 2 grow)

Anyone who watches the video, feel free to let me know what you like and dislike about the DVD. 

We tried to put it together with what we would like in a DVD in mind.
I would like to do more in the future, provided the interest would be there.  So, I will be interested to know what could be improved on, etc.
