hmmm i realise this .....but its just not zane

they are all wearin the same trunks in the 2nd pic except the guy thats supposed to be zane

also

hes too fat/watery to be zane.....also more mass than zane

i have to admit im stuck ....i dont know who he is.....think hes too tall to be waller i.e limbs are too long

i like this........maybe bob chick can sort this out...hes more of a bodybuilding historian than myself

exactly..that dude isnt frank zane (doesnt look like him!!!). but the mr o 1972 had only 5 contestants..according to http://www.getbig.com/articles/mro-hist.htm....maybe its another competition?..but i cant think of what other competition it could be...

its not that easy .....theres somethin wrong here .....the so called zane when he has his back to the camera.....just doesnt look like zane,,,,zane's hair is darker and his posing trunks change colour

im thinkin zane wasnt in that particular pic and this is some other guy we are seeing

i know there was only 5 guys competing but......wtf is going on

Sorry, but I don't buy the first guy being Frank Zane. For one think, it doesn't look like him, and for another, the "mysterious competitor" isn't even wearing the same trunks as Zane in the second pic.

I am trying to disagree with myself on it and I just can't... It just 'looks' like Zane... I know it's one photo, but the stride just looks like zane to me.

Perhaps it's a leftover Mr. U contestant? Was the Universe held on the same day as the O in 72?
