I like to focus my energy on power movements, therefore I only do one particular one in a workout, I also only do 3 working sets. If you're doing that many reps and sets on a power excercise means you're not using it as a power movement, if that makes sense.
Understand....but I am just looking for an additional day, an aux da using only the big lifts....what about something like 5 of 6 with 50-75 of 1 rep max?
