If used incorrectly yes.  If the bottle is evenly distributed, it works very well.  You can hardly notice the synthol in Flex Wheeler, yet everyone knows he used it.  Not willingly of course, The group of Ninjas that attacked him held him down and administered the injections.  ;D

why is it in some pics Ronnies right delt looks fuckin huge while the left one looks tiny?

No need to man.  Who cares if the guys on Synthol or not. It's BB.  Drugs and other enhancers are often used.  I'm sure you will not say this guy is natural.  I do believe that he is using synthol but that he is using it the right way.  It's when dingdongs empty 100cc's into their biceps that make it a joke.  He could have easily used 33cc in each three heads of his delts (evenly distributed) and no one would be the wiser.  If he just stuck all 100 in his side delts he'd look like 1995 Greg Kovaks.  

I'm not saying your boys not jacked. I'm just saying "I" think he has some oil in there.  And at least you don't get sides from synthol, unless of course your impatient and favor a particular injection site.
